The following are the rules and conditions of the www.storeopinion.ca contest.
- Legal residents of Canada are eligible to participate in the store opinion survey.
- One survey participant must meet the age of majority (18 years).
- Complete the online survey within seven days of receiving the invitation.
- If you do not have your receipt, you can still participate in the survey at wwwstoreopinionca.
- All employees, officers, directors, contest administrators, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies (collectively, ‘contest officials’), agents or representatives of the organiser, any of the above, immediate family and household members of affiliates who participate in the loblaws customer service survey, Not Eligible.
- To achieve 1,000,000 PC Optimum points, you must be a PC Optimum member.
- You can also only choose one prize, either a $1,000 PC gift card or 1,000,000 PC Optimum points.
- To participate, you need a laptop, PC, mobile phone and an internet connection.
